Cape Perpetua

A few wonderful, fun filled days spent camping on the North Coast. A good time was had despite some heavily overcast skies. For a bit of perspective note the Coast Highway (US-101) going around the first point down below.

    • You definitely need to do it. It’s a marvelous adventure for sure. Lots of good campgrounds to stay at. Most even have yurts if you don’t have a camper.

    • The weather was a bit gloomy, but it’s fine (comfortable) when there’s no awful biting wind. Our coastal weather is never what most folks expect of a beach… sunny and hot. Which suits me just fine. The day of the photo it hovered around 50º F (10º C). Locals always dress in layers.
