ripples in the sand

I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.

    • I’m still puzzling over how they might have been formed. There was a creek running through the sand out to sea. You can see the edge at the bottom, but I can’t imagine what might have caused the fantastic feather shapes (or however your imagination sees them).

  1. I spend a great deal of time enjoying the patterns I see in the sand. These are lovely! As well as feathers, they remind me of stylized trees such as I might see in a fairy tale book. I like how nature can stimulate our imagination.
