Christmas rainbow….

A bonus post because I can’t seem to refrain from shooting rainbows no matter where I spot them. There’s a bit of an editorial opinion in the bottom left corner…. with a question I never seem able to answer: why would anyone want to take the color out of this lovely earth with it’s marvelous pallette… unless it was to blot out some of civilization’s uglier aspects? (just wondering) 😉

Bandon-9506This is my wish for you: Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth, Love to complete your life.

    • Thanks, LuAnn. We went kayaking again today. The weather has been perfect between storms. Not sure why folks complain about our winters. They are the best in my humble opinion. It’s the summers I have a problem with.

  2. Oh, rainbows are one of the many gifts Mother Nature gives us – when we stand with our back to the sun in the rain-soaked aftermath of a storm to remind us of what we can do. They bring a smile to everyone’s face. Thank you, Gunta, and Merry Christmas!

    • My pleasure, Kate and hoping you had a very Merry Christmas, too. Mine seems to keep going with another kayaking adventure today. Brought yet another smile to my face. 😀

  3. I agree with you, Gunta.

I once got a photo of 3 rainbows in my inner city street, but the whole lower streetscape was not an attractive scene to share. (gosh, come to think of it, I may have deleted it).
