    • From Hat Point Lookout, you can see about a half a mile of the Snake River, but that was it from the spots we explored. There is a whole lot of vertical landscape there! 😮

    • It’s certainly wild and undeveloped. To get there we were climbing single lane dirt or gravel roads, but that’s what adds to the adventure. We met very few other folks up there. It was marvelous. The approaching storm did add a touch of drama to it all. 😀

    • Hells Canyon is pretty much undeveloped. There’s a wildness there that appeals to me. Grand Canyon is more accessible and thus draws the mobs. The scenery certainly was awesome and had me holding my breath.
