Weekly Photo Challenge: mine

A happy October to all…..This week the challenge was (to quote): “Is there a place, object, or view that’s entirely yours, or you’re a bit selfish or possessive about? Is it a feeling you feel when you look at the photo…”ย
For any one who has been following this blog, it shouldn’t be difficult to guess the place I feel a bit selfish or possessive about. It’s pretty much this entire section of the SouthWest corner of the Oregon Coast. I think I meant to include these shots from another angle in the previous post, but it seems I saved them for this challenge instead.

I come into the peace of wild thingsย who do not tax their lives with forethoughtย of grief.

  2. Don’t think I would have guessed any other place…except maybe the stretch of beach with your seal-rock…but that can be yours, too, I suppose. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Very nice photos, Miss Gunta.

  6. Gunta! Thanks for sharing your view. The perspective really shows how small we all are in this wide world.
I can never get enough of the ocean. The beauty and raw savage power of the waves never fail to inspire me.
