Meandering with camera…
The Coquille River before it reaches the sea…When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.
Love the view!
Tās krāsas ūdenī ir fantastiskas!
Patiesi es dzīvoju brīnumainā vietā.
The depth & colors are AMAZING!
Quite amazing what a delicate touch of software can do to make the image ‘pop’.
What a peaceful feeling this evokes. Love the Rumi quote.
Hah! I almost feel like I could be doing an inspirational calendar.
That is a wonderful idea!
Pretty colors…and so much possibility here in these waters.
Gorgeous photo, Gunta. Those reflections are so magical.
It’s such a lovely spot. I’ve often been drawn to it when I’m not at the beach.
Lovely tranquil scene, but needs an alligator.
Hmmm… thought I spotted one down there, but perhaps he’s hiding?
That it is.
How very pretty…I love that calm surface…it is such a contrast to how the water will be “acting” a little further downriver.
…this shot also gave me an inkling of where much of the driftwood must come from. Picture the wild winds of winter knocking some of these trees into the river to be carried out to sea and washed back onto the shore by the wild waves. I’d bet it’s also a contrast to how it’ll be acting during some of our lovely storms.
Hmm…good thought about the driftwood…and yes, I would imagine that the river gets at least a little bit choppy during your lovely storms, too.
stillness captured perfectly (:
Thanks, Angela. It’s fun to see which way the tide is flowing, too.
a good place to just sit and meditate.
An added bonus… it’s also where I got the bald eagle shots!
Ah, some tranquil water Quite lovely.
Sounds like you like this change from the wild waves. Thank you!
Serenity prevails in awe.
How poetic! Thanks, Newsy!
I love rivers, and that’s a beautiful shot of one. The quote from today hits home right now, I had one of those moments this weekend.
Glad to hear about one of those ‘moments’. I think we could all stand more of them.
indeed! thank you for visiting and commenting. I’m happy to provide a moment of peace given what you’re going through.
